Quail season runs until this Sunday here in Arizona. That is why I hunt down here once winter sets in up north. It has been a bad year for gambles but mearns did well. We have received a good portion of rain the last two months and hopefully next year the decade long decline of gambles quail will reverse. Only 7 months until ptarmigan season starts in Alaska!
