A project we’ve been kicking around for some time is finally happening, and frankly, we’re damn excited about it. In early December of 2013, Mouthful of Feathers: Upland Hunting in the West will be released, featuring a collection of original, full-length essays by:

  • Tosh Brown
  • Reid Bryant
  • Michael Gracie
  • Chad Love
  • Greg McReynolds
  • Tom Reed
  • Bruce Smithhammer
  • Bob White

With an introduction by Miles Nolte.

The book will be published by Pulp Fly, Ltd. and available on Amazon, iTunes and Barnes & Noble for Kindle, Nook and iPad platforms.

    1. Josh – at this point, the plan is to produce it solely in digital format. However, even if you don’t have an e-reader/tablet, you should be able to download the Kindle app and read it on a laptop, etc.

      1. Really too bad. I would have bee interested. Sadly I cannot tolerate reading books in a digital format. If you guys change your mind let me know.

    Like Josh I would love a hard copy to enhance my library. Is there any chance that us “special’ kids that bought a Nook instead of a Kindle will get a shot at it?

  2. Alright boys! I hate to tack on but I also would like to hold a dead tree copy in my computer driven carpal tunnel hands. I’ll still get the e version, but if you decide to make a limited traditional run count me in.
    Cheers on what I’m sure is great collection, all of you.

  3. My season for birds is winding down here now. I will get out a few days more for grouse but it is definitely being slowed by weather.

    I will be looking forward to reading this.
